In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any service you and your dog receive from Dappa Dogs, we will fix it for FREE as soon as possible and in the situation where it is not practicable to fix it straight away, you will receive the same service for FREE on your next visit.*

*(This is subject to your dog's coat being in a reasonable condition on arrival at the salon. Complaints must be received within 2 working days of your dog's appointment. Any complaint requesting the implementation of this policy received greater than 2 working days after the appointment is dealt with at the discretion of the salon manager. The groomer is to be given the opportunity to rectify any concerns as soon as possible. Where it is not possible to rectify the situation, you will receive the same service for free next time.)
