When you book an appointment with us, you are making an offer to buy services. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your appointment, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you on completion of the requested services. In the unlikely event that these services are no longer available, we will not take payment and we will advise you accordingly as to the reasons of non-availablility.
A booking is placed on our website via clicking one of the "Book Now" or "Book Online" links and proceeding through our booking process. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your appointment, which you are able to print as a receipt of your booking. We will also email you with confirmation of your booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

At this time, we only offer collection and delivery at our Orewa salon on selected days.

Gift cards cannot be returned because the gift card value is activated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Pre paid gift cards are redeemable for goods sold at any of Dappa Dogs salons in New Zealand. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the holder. Gift cards cannot be used as payment on Dappa Dogs credit cards or on Finance balances.

Other than connecting to Dappa Dogs website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Dappa Dogs website servers.
